Procedures for electronic transfers:

  • The Treasurer/Substitute Treasurer will initiate the request to transfer funds from one authorized banking account to another.
  • The Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Operations will approve the transfer.
  • The Treasurer/Substitute Treasurer will execute the transfer of funds as authorized.
  • The Accounting Supervisor will make the journal entry to post the transaction to the General Ledger.
