Honoring a Hero, Celebrating a Difference-Maker

The Brentwood Board of Education took time from its business meeting on Mar. 16 to honor an outgoing member of its high school community, one who has spent three decades enriching the lives of the students that roam the halls of Sonderling and Ross Centers.

Ms. Judy Crawford, who will be retiring at the end of the school year, was lauded at the meeting by the Board for her tireless commitment to the guidance department of BHS as well as her continued efforts with the staff to make the high school a better place for all. She was surprised at the meeting by members of her family as well as high school administrators, including BHS Principal Dr. Dashana Dulin, who spoke about the time and dedication Ms. Crawford has given to the schools.

Ms. Crawford was presented with a bouquet of flowers from the administration as well as a certificate recognizing her distinguished impact on the high school community.
