Brentwood Makes a Splash with Its First-Ever LEGO League! 💡🤖🌊

The energy was electric last weekend as Brentwood hosted its very first LEGO League competition. After an intensive ten-week academy, nine enthusiastic student teams put their creativity, problem-solving skills, and LEGO prowess to the ultimate test.

These bright young minds dived headfirst into this year’s “submerged” challenge, tackling real-world problems related to our oceans and underwater environments. The results were nothing short of spectacular!

Each of the nine teams showcased incredibly innovative robot designs and well-thought-out solutions. From navigating complex underwater missions to collecting and identifying marine life (in LEGO form, of course!), the students demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenge and an impressive ability to engineer effective robots.

The level of teamwork, collaboration, and sheer ingenuity on display was truly inspiring. It's clear that the ten-week academy provided a fantastic foundation for these students to not only build amazing robots but also to develop critical STEM skills that will serve them well in the future.

Congratulations to all nine teams for their hard work, dedication, and incredible success in this year's challenge! Brentwood's inaugural LEGO League competition was a resounding success, and we can't wait to see what these talented students accomplish next.
