Students Earn HVAC Scholarships Through Industry Partnership

Four Brentwood scholars have been awarded scholarships to support their continued education in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning field.

Gonzalo Ortiz Morales, Ezekiel Aguirre, Cesar Tome and Luis Romero each received a $3,032 scholarship for the fall 2026 semester. The awards will allow the students to continue their training in an HVAC program, building skills for careers in a high-demand technical field.

The scholarships are funded through the support of Johnson Controls International, a company known for its work in building technologies and energy solutions. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing a skilled workforce and creating opportunities for students pursuing technical education pathways.

Programs like HVAC continue to provide students with practical skills and direct connections to the workforce, offering pathways to stable and rewarding careers after graduation. The scholarship recipients are expected to continue their training in the coming semester, applying their knowledge in both classroom and technical settings.
