Middle School Fall Sports Registration Now Open!
This is a reminder that registration for Brentwood Middle School Fall Sports is now open at:

- Fall Sports Begin: Thursday, September 4, 2025
- Sports Interest Meetings: Will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at each middle school
- Sports Interest Meetings: Will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at each middle school.
- Students should listen out for announcements at their school on that day with specific details about their team meeting
- First Practices will begin on Monday, September 8, 2025

- Cheerleading
Participation Requirements
- Only students in grades 7 and 8 are eligible.
- Students must be registered on FinalForms and have an up-to-date physical on file.
- Physicals must be dated within one year of the start of the season.
District Summer Physical Clearance Dates
If your child needs a sports physical, the district will provide them at the following times and locations:
- Wednesday, August 27, 2025 – North Middle School | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Wednesday, August 27, 2025 – South Middle School | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Thursday, August 28, 2025 – East Middle School | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Thursday, August 28, 2025 – West Middle School | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Students must attend the session at the school they will be attending in September.
Reminders for Physical Clearance
- Bring a copy of your child’s physical if completed within the past year.
- Students who wear glasses must bring them.
- Students requiring medication (inhalers, EpiPens, diabetes supplies, etc.) must provide a signed and stamped medication form, signed by both parent/guardian and healthcare provider.
