Calling All High School Athletes: Fall Sports Registration & Physicals Information

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

We’re excited to announce that registration for Brentwood High School Fall Sports will be opening soon on FinalForms! Please review the important information below to ensure your child is ready to participate this school year.


Fall Sports Registration Dates

  • Football Registration Opens: Friday, July 18, 2025
  • All Other Fall Sports Registration Opens: Thursday, July 25, 2025

Season Start Dates

  • High School Football Begins: Monday, August 18, 2025
  • All Other Fall Sports Begin: Monday, August 25, 2025

  • Girls Volleyball (Varsity & JV)
  • Girls Tennis (Varsity & JV)
  • Boys Soccer (Varsity, JV & JV9*)
  • Girls Soccer (Varsity & JV)
  • Gameday Cheerleading (Varsity)
  • Girls Swimming (Varsity)
  • Boys & Girls Cross Country (Varsity)
  • Boys Golf (Varsity)
  • Boys Volleyball (JV)

Note: JV9 Boys Soccer will be based at the Brentwood Freshman Center.


Sports Participation Requirements

To participate in any sport during the 2025–2026 school year (Fall, Winter, or Spring), students must:

Register online through FinalForms
Submit a physical exam dated within one year of the sport’s start date

⚠️ Students will not be allowed to try out, practice, or compete unless both requirements are completed.


District-Provided Summer Sports Physicals

The district provides sports physicals during the summer. If your child needs a physical for any sport this year, they can attend one of the following sessions:

District Summer Physical Dates:

  • Monday, August 11 – Ross & Sonderling | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Tuesday, August 12 – Freshman Center | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Monday, August 18 – Ross & Sonderling | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Wednesday, August 20 – Ross & Sonderling | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Monday, August 25 – Ross & Sonderling | 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Important Physical Exam Reminders

  • If your child has had a physical in the last year by their own doctor, please bring a copy to one of the sessions.
  • If your child wears glasses, they must bring them for the vision screening.
  • If your child requires medication (such as for asthma, diabetes, seizures, Epi-pen, etc.), please bring a completed, signed, and stamped medication form, including:
    • Parent/guardian and physician signatures
    • Whether the student is approved to self-carry
    • Applies to both prescription and over-the-counter medication

📝 Freshman students may submit their completed forms at either Ross or Sonderling.
📋 FinalForms registration must be completed before any participation.
